The process
The first step is to contact 1st Choice Loft Conversions and tell us what you are thinking of doing. We will send you our colour brochure which will give you more information about loft conversions and the company.
An appointment can be arranged for a surveyor to call. He will take discus your requirements, take measurements, and advise on the is possibilities.
Following this he will prepare a scaled colour design showing where the stairs will go and the shape and size of the new loft room. With this will come the costing's for the complete work, from plans to completion. He will then make arrangements for you to view a loft near you that is of a similar design.
Should you decide to ask 1st Choice Loft Conversions to build your loft conversion, the Surveyor will arrange with you to return and take detailed measurements of your property. He will then prepare architectural plans to submit to the Local Authority. He will present the plans to you for your approval before taking them to the Council.
