For your peace of mind 1st Choice Lofts do not charge a large deposit or ask for any up-front payment. We request the first payment only after work on your loft conversion has started.

Stage payments are made during construction. They are paid after each inspection by the Council Building Control Officer and his confirmation that work has been completed satisfactorily up to that stage.

We ask for the final payment after the Building Control Officer has passed and approved the work – and – you are 100% happy with your new loft conversion.
